Ran a bunch of test speeds with .25" Tool with the shapeoko feeds chart.
Im looking for a recommended speed and feed for a 1" Face mill to face down stock.

That depends on a number of factors.
I use 10K RPM for a 1 1/4” surfacing bit on hardwood.
DOC, step over and feed rate will depend upon what you are machining.

MDF and softwoods.
I dont have a planer so i plan on facing stock to smooth out and get to depth
