I was making name plates for my kids bedroom doors.
I did a test piece to see if everything was good it cut just fine.
when I went to do the finish piece the machine cut the first letter fine, the next letter is where it went haywire, it just kept cutting all the letter in the same spot and did not move.
anyone have this issue? if so what was the issue?
