Just read prior posts. I am getting the same noise.,.,. Sounds like the bearings. I am within the warranty period. How do I get a replacement?

If this is a 65 mm VFD spindle, check the collar holding the cable to the spindle.
I was convinced I lost a bearing, had C3D send me a new one ( no questions asked ) and when I went to install the new spindle I found the collar was off. I tightened down the collar and no more “bearing” noise.
With tail between my legs and an apology I sent the new spindle back.

Yep, collar went loose also with me. Some days ago I applied some thread locker adhesive. Will see…
You are referring to the collar for the power cable on the spindle. Correct?

Same here, but I just put a tight rubber band at the top which stopped it from moving on me.
I noticed an odd sound when jogging X and Y, turned out to be the same loose collar on the connector at the top of the spindle. I never noticed it when the spindle was running.
