Everything worked fine earlier today, but now I loaded my file, CNC initialized, set the bit, set the zero’s, the bit set again, and it went over to my project as it should, only the bit was not spinning. I turned it off before it hit the wood. The tool path it was on was a contour with a 1/4" bit, which was in correctly.
I don’t know what could have happened since this morning.
I’m brand new to this; only the 3rd thing I’ve made.
Also, on the machine that runs the spindle, the numbers were blinking red, and the circle on the front was also red. I’m so new, that I don’t remember if they were blinking and red before.

Try completely powering the spindle and the Shapeoko and power them back on.
