Hi guys. Having this issue. I get a message ‘spindle not responding’ while working a project. Not sure how to address. I have rebooted the machine, checked all connections. It happens even on files that have been worked before with no issue. Any help will be appreciated. I have a Pro XL

Please try powering down and unplugging everything from the wall and rebooting our computer, checking for updates, shutting down, and restarting.
After 30 minutes has passed, plug the machine back into the wall, reconnect to the computer, power up, and see if things work — if they don’t, and you haven’t already, let us know at support@carbide3d.com (and let us know you’ve done the above so we don’t tell you to do it again)
