Spiral bits feeds and speeds

I purchased 3.175 x 45 x 22 2 fluted spiral bits. I snapped 1 already. I used the 102 1/8 bit in my shapeoko pro 5. My question on feeds and speeds. Plunge 8.0 feed rate 40.0 13000 rpm
