Split-Flap Clock

Created a split-flap clock with the Shapeoko 4.
The CNC is used to cut out the enclosure (18 mm beech wood), cutting the PVC flaps and creating letters using the CNC as vinyl cutter.

I’ve always loved the flip clock aesthetics. Been wanting one for years. Perhaps it’s time to make one rather than looking at older pieces to purchase or repair.

Thank you. And I really love that beautiful sound of the flaps. That build has been very rewarding. If you seen my other blog article: I’m working on a larger build, and I have so far 32 of a total of 64 flaps completed. Will take me a while, but hopefully I will get there.
