Spoil board pattern download

Quick question on the spoil board PDF download…

It says itll work for the Pro 5 but its 49" long, where the boards on my pro 5 are 47.625"

Will the screw holes match up if I leave the holes alone and scale down the profile the correct size?

Or will I need to re position them?
