Yes, just disable the first toolpath and write out a new file and send that.

Will is correct. You can simply disable any previously run toolpaths / Save your file / Load that new file into Carbide Motion and you’re ready to go.
It’s one of the huge advantages of running Carbide Motion and Carbide Create on your computer which controls your Shapeoko or NOMAD. It takes only a few seconds to resave the file and reload it.
I utilize this process all the time.
