I created a file in Vcarve and my Shapeoko 3 xxl, the carving was about 20% to big. I just changed computers and updated to CM 640.
I looked at x and y calibration. Ran 18” on x and y manually and they were spot on. Still using the same post processor in vcarve.
Only difference is new computer and new Carbide motion
Upload the .c2d file, your Grbl settings, and photos showing how the part turned out and measured.
I ran another test on the same file. This time it ran just fine. Gonna try a couple more times to make sure it doesn’t happen again, before I try it on my Acrylic.
