Stepover in tool library

I put in a feature request for this a year ago. Unfortunately, C3D doesn’t provide any feedback or a roadmap for feature requests.

Tool stepover - allow change to default

Right now, when doing 2.5 D projects, the tool stepover is 50%, for all tools. I want to be able to change that. I could live with being able to change that value globally, but a better solution would be to expand the tool database format to allow individual changes. Upgrading existing tool databases is trivial - just add the new column with the value you would calculate today.
