How far should my pulley be into the stepper motor post.
Is this to far in? I took it apart and this is what I discovered on my x axis on a Shapeoko pro.
It should be positioned so as to line up with the flanged idler bearings so the belt runs true.

So it should be flush with end of the stem?
These are my y stepper motors. As you know the x on the Shapeoko pro are a hidden, that’s when I discovered it was pushed to far in.
