I just got my Suckit the other day and had an issue with the fit so I contacted them and they replied in record time (under 24 hours) and resolved my issue with replacement parts very quickly (3 or 4 days including the shipping) and said if I had any more issues to let them know. The parts they replaced fixed my issue and I let them know how pleased I was with their service. I just want to let others know how Great this Company is and how they care about the customer after the sale I highly recommend them as a place to get a dust shoe, BTW it works great too.
