I am curious if anyone has used starboard stock. If so, what end mills are used? Could I use the ones I use for wood? This would be a new venture for me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Yes, folks have cut Starboard (it’s just HDPE w/ UV protectants and some other material(s) to achieve the desired quality).
It cuts fine w/ wood/router tooling, but specialty plastic tooling may yield better results.

Like all plastics, it’s a matter of balancing feeds and speeds — too fast on feed/slow on speed and the cut bogs down, too slow on feed/too fast on speed and the endmill rubs and melts the plastic and you have a blobby mess.
