Can anyone tell me what collet i need to use for the 603e suffacing mill on the C3D vfd?

For the 603e it’s 8mm.

I bought an 8mm ER-11 collet from Maritool:

mostly because their site was the easiest to navigate (except for not mentioning that nuts were separate)
