Has anyone replaced the switch between power transformer and controller for Shapeoko 3 XXl machine. Is it possible to open swich since my machine is loosing power because of the bad switch.

It is possible to open up the switch, but none of what’s inside is really replaceable unless you have a similar switch to re-wire into the cable. I think it more likely that the PSU itself is about to fail if your SO3XXL is losing power during operation. You could bypass the switch to test if your machine still is not getting enough power - then you know that you need a new PSU.

I just removed it, it is a simple toggle, just open and place a splice between the wires. I tried a replacement and ended up with the same problem so i removed it and have my power plugged into a power strip so i can toggle it off quickly if needed. @HareshP
