It seems that XY now accepts the decimal point everywhere, even if “comma” is set in the system settings. With one exception: The “Edit Tool” dialog seems to be the only one that has not been modified yet.
in addition I noticed it is because the “included angle” in tool creation dialog is set 0.0 with period instead of a comma and as it is not editable when you click ‘ok’ it complains about this value
