Has anyone successfully used the HDM for thread milling? I have an uxcell M3 tap that I’d like to use. The obvious problem is that it recommends 500 RPM, but the HDM only goes down to 8K. Am I going to go the way of a dedicated tapping machine?
There is a major difference between a thread mill, and a tap.
