How do I change the setting on z height for each pass while tiling to not cut the area where the next toolpath tile begins? The bit does not exit the wood at the top of the project tile cutting my part in half
Post your file? It should lift up to Safety/Retract Height before moving back.
Is it possible the tool pulled out of the collet?
Could it be that you are cutting slots and the Z-axis was pulled into the cut by high tooling engagement?
Is all the wiring in good condition? An intermittent wiring fault can cause steps to be lost on retract.
