Time out error message when sending code to CM. Then reports a disconnect to cutter and requires re-initialization. Using Carbide 3D Pro.
Was able to get it to work by loading file from CM. Error message occured when trying to send from CC. But then it just stopped in the middle of job with message of no machine found…connect your machine and turn power on. One glitch after another. Regretting buying CC Pro!!
Could this be a hardware problem. CM will not recognize my machine. Tried restarting and another cable.
It looks as if you have a ticket on the support queue where we have asked for a video — the folks there should be able to assist.
