Is there anyway to change the plunge speed during tool change/bit zero switch? I need to slow mine down at the end as I frequently use sharp 5 degree carving bits, that are starting to punch through my bit zero probe switch. Thanks for the help

After grinding the top off of mine while surfacing, it was suggested to put a magnet on top to take the place of the cap. NO issues since then.
