Tool Change Popup Format

Just curious if the format of the tool info in brackets in the tool change popup window is correct. For the endmill size is “.1.8…” correct or should it be “1/8”

Seems to match what I’ve seen:

Apparently special characters such as # are replaced with periods.

Thanks for confirming that Will. I just noticed it the other day during a tool change and was curious if it was correct or not.
