This might be a long shot, but… Do you know if Redline has a limit on tool numbers? Many controllers do, there’s a max value. Try manually editing that line to have T4 or something instead of 4006

This edit indeed did work as I was wanting it. Chucked up my first bit found my zeros loaded the file hit start didn’t ask for a tool change, it ran the first tool path then stopped as it should asking for a tool change, bumped off the tool setter to find the new Z height and finished the file with the last tool path. As of now the file will be what I use as a post processor. Thank you so much!
