@Jorge, Here is the video of my nomad operating on a Winbook TW100 tablet with Windows 8. Pretty cheap and runs it really well. I also have a USB numeric keypad for manual fine movements. I do the modeling and MeshCAM-ing on my main workstation and then have the project files automatically synced using Box across to the tablet.
