Trouble attaching cc pro file for assistance

I tried to upload my carbide create file to my previous question and I get this Message " Sorry, the file you are trying to upload is too big (maximum size is 4 MB)."

My file is a 3d rendering of a project I need help on, How do I load this carbide create pro file?
