Trouble using Carbide Create with an STL file I downloaded

I am new to the 3d world and especially Carbide Create. I have downloaded 2 stl images and cannot seem to load them in CC. Also unsure how to utilize the tool paths for the certain images. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have watched countless videos put out by carbide and others on the Youtube but seem to come up short still.

Are you using CC Pro? The free version doesn’t support STL import.
