Trouble with paths on my pro 5

Hulman Classic trophy plate.c2d (152 KB)

When I opened this file today, it said that I had to use version 7. Ya, I know I should have updated my stuff along the way, but everything was working flawlessly for me until now. I updated to version 7 from the website. restarted all of my programs and then initialized the machine. Set my zero and then put in my project for the morning. This is what I ended up with. Hoping someone can help me out. I am and have been running the most up to date version of Carbide Motion.

Usually this sort of difficulty is caused by a mismatch between job setup:

https://carbide3d.com/hub/courses/create/job-setup/

and how origin is set relative to the stock:

https://carbide3d.com/hub/courses/running-shapeoko/movements-zeroing/

if you’ll upload your .c2d file, and let us know step-by-step how you are securing your stock and setting zero relative to it and upload photos and screen grabs showing your machine at the origin (or a specified offset) relative to the stock and what Carbide Motion shows for Position and Machine Position (click to toggle), we can look into this with you.

Will, thanks for the quick response. I added my file to my post.

My piece is secured to the table with the tape and CA glue method. Been doing it this way for over a year and never had any issues. I set zero every time I start a new piece. I do not have a dedicated location on my table for repeat uses.

I did another complete restart of all equipment and it fixed whatever was going on.
