@WillAdams you think you could create missing letters? this is all i got. I was also informed i need to make another one for inlaws
I don’t see why not.
F is just E with the bottom stroke deleted, Q is O with an additional stroke. &c.
If you have difficulties, upload the geometry from the file you are working on and we will do our best to look into it with you.
upload the geometry from the file you are working on? what do you mean by that? not understanding…sorry im not the smartest on this stuff

oh! Not stuck i thought you wanted a full alphabet is all.

As shown above, one workable approach is to draw the central channel and the crossing geometries and then assign No Offset Contour toolpaths.

If you see anything that needs adjusting so it looks better please feel free to supply changes. I hope someone down the road finds it useful if they have to match same style like I did and this could save them some time.
