Trying To Recreate a Patch in Carbide Create

I’m trying to recreate this patch in Carbide Create for a co-worker.

Image trace isn’t a good option because it comes out “fuzzy”. I didn’t think it would work because it’s trying to trace a patch, but I gave it a shot anyway:

I was going to try to recreate it, but when it comes to the text, I can get the angles close, but I can’t get the alignment right. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to align the letters after I get the angles done?

I would suggest recreating from scratch — for the text, use a tool which robustly supports putting text on a path:

A line drawing of the patch probably exists some where. Have you searched for it?

Inkscape has nice Trace Bitmap options for this type thing.

Patch

I didn’t have time to mess with it very long.

You can even break it down by color and separate it as well.
