Making this for a friend. Any thoughts on fonts (using CC standard font library), speed and feed? Can not use any bigger board size…smaller if possible.

Have you adjusted feeds and speeds for the 30 degree V tool?
Is a 45 degree or a 60 degree V tool an option?
A note on the text, rather than ugly vertical stick quotes/apostrophes:
