How do you apply the epoxy in the lettering? Syringe? Paintbrush?
For lettering, in my experience, the inexpensive blunt tip syringes. It seems squeeze bottles you need a good volume to make it work well. The syringes you can get larger ones for large letters (oral ones with no needle) but they always fit effectively. Even small lettering like these that are at a 1/32” bit limit
