Unable to rotate a project on simulation

Hi there everyone, would some one mind looking at this project and see what I have done wrong,Ican not rotate it and when I go to move it it is very fast.On 842 and MacBook M2.I have tried it on earlier CC and still the same.

If you delete the Component called “Shape” in your model tab it works just fine. You dont need to have it there for this project.
