I’ve found several times playing around with CC that I wanted to completely break a joined vector back down to it’s individual lines & arcs to modify them.
I can see where this might get problematic for curves, or arcs that have been converted to many short lines from a boolean.
But usually my intention is to make some changes & then re-join them afterward.
You can do this in the current version:

draw two lines to connect:
Select all the geometry:
Join Vectors:
Yep, I was aware of that. But if there are a lot of segments, you could be doing a lot of Cut Vectors.
There are several workarounds depending on the situation. So it would be a QOL enhancement.
