I downloaded and installed the latest Carbide Motion. Went to run it and it couldn’t find that .dll. I looked in my windows/System32 directory and it is there. I wound up reinstalling the old version and it works fine.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

I did a google search for your .dll and found this:
msvcp140 . dll is a part of “Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015” and is often required for running programs developed with Visual C++. Some games or applications may need the file in the game/application installation folder. … If using a 64bit Windows, install both.
During my install on a 64 bit Windows laptop there was a pop up to install MS Visual C++. Did your install pop that up? Maybe on a 32 bit system it is not installing the 32 bit version of MS Visual C++
I finally got back to this. I downloaded and installed the x86 version of the library and then reinstalled CC 5.13. Works great. Thanks for your help.
