In terms of the baseboard I didn’t replace mine, I just reinforced it.
I had a torsion box that the machine was already standing on so I put some strips of plywood on top, aligned to hold the SO3 up by the steel straps. Then a few strips of 3mm thick rubber between the ply and the steel to absorb any vibration energy, then drilled and bolted straight through the machine MDF baseboard, steel straps, ply and torsion box. It’s now nice and solid, well damped and solid for about £10.
