I am new to CNC and have a question on if I’m not using a shapeoko bit. Where would I find bit speed and feed rate, Step-over . So when I add it to the library I can do the correct input

If you know the maker of the bit, check their website as they should have detailed
info on their product to include feeds and speeds. This has been my experience at least.
