Using CC Pro, but want a file usable by CC Free

Other than “know what feature are CC Pro and avoid them”, is there a way to ensure that a file I am creating in CC Pro is usable by users of CC Free?

There is a ‘license.txt’ in the data directory, if I move that out / in, will that reliably switch between free and Pro versions?

Yes, or just change the name to something such as “license.bak”

Using the free version is your best bet. When you open a file saved in PRO, FREE will just remove all of the PRO features (Rest milling, Ramping, 3D paths & models…).

Which brings up another question, sharing files… Fonts, Tools, not sure what else… don’t share well.
