I will upload pics of the ones I have done before and I will add the files also.
I am just wanting a clean run on the STL file.
But seems that it cuts the stock to much before the 3D starts cutting.
So clamps are not an option at all
I have played with all and I can’t seem to leave stock on the roughing pass
Please help with this issue
wrong file of the STL
Seems the files are to large to add to the message board
guess I will wait till tomorrow for support to call

Seems straight-forward enough:
Given the previous discussions, and the documentation at:
https://carbide3d.com/hub/courses/create-pro/
does it not work to:
Apply
and for the hole in the handle, either include it in the basic modeling or subtract it:
Then, for toolpaths, offset by the radius of the tool plus 10%:
Apply
Then apply 3D Roughing and Finishing toolpaths:
(Note that you will need a suitable “long reach” tool for this greater than 1" thick stock)
Adjusting the stepover gets:
Note that it will be necessary to use workholding which will not require tabs or to otherwise adjust the file.
That said, given the appearance of the vectors:
I would suggest re-creating the file.
