V carve problem

I am trying to do vcarve with v bit , amana tool 45624 carbide V groove. But the letter look like in the picture. any people have same problem? I appreciate for any response.

Double check your Z zero. This result often happens when the z zero isn’t set correctly.
Are you using the probe or manually setting it?

Also check the thickness or flatness of your material, that can have the same effect.

Did you enter the bit angle correctly in your CAM software?
