V-Carve problem

I have been having this issue intermittantly since updating Carbide Create Pro to Build 815.
When I do a V-carve toolpath, with my vectors selected, Carbide Create keeps saying EMPTY TOOLPATH, despite all vectors being clearly selected. Now the problem is no longer intermittant and I am simply unable to do any V-carve whatsoever

On the attached pictures you can see my vectors are clearly selected for the V-carve.
Then in the toolpaths it is still empty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Upload your file?

Are your vectors open/unjoined?

Do you have redundant/stacked geometry?

This is happening on every file I use or make. Even files that worked fine before and have been using for months, now as soon as I enter the V-carve to make any edit the toolpath goes “Empty” while still having vectors selected. I am not sure this has to do with the files or vectors used at this point

Here is an example file

Select the geometry for the toolpath:

click on “V-carve”

Use Current Selection

Enable the Pocket Clearing option:

Edit the associated tool and select the same V tool which will be used for the actual V carving:

Yes

clear the checkbox for Pocket Clearing:

Ensure that Max Depth is set deep enough:

OK

and when one deselects, one can see that the cut is made as expected:

Thank you very much, I will try your procedure. Much appreciated!
