I made some from high density plastic using some parts from veneersupplies.com. For small round ones, I’ve tried using the rubber rings for canning jars and they work okay to create a seal. I think it’s faster to cut them from HDMW on the CNC than 3d print them.

And the 3d printed ones would tend to leak. Solid material is 100 times better.
