I just re-read what you had asked. I read it as “profile”…
instead of file. I’m new to this, so I’m not sure what the file you are asking for. I’ll take a look tomorrow when I go to the shop.

He’s referring to the .c2d file from Carbide Create with your design & toolpaths.
In this case it may also help to share the G-code file (.nc)
Most often a Z depth problem on the machine is a discrepancy between the programmed zero & the zero set on the machine. Occasionally it’s a problem with machine configuration.
