Vcarve issue "O" not round

I just made these signs. Seems the “O” in POLICE is not the same as in the simulation or toolpath. Any ideas on what is going on? The remainder of the v-carve letters are good!

What is the depth per pass?

Which tool are you using?

Could the tool have deflected?

The cut looks wider/deeper than the 3D preview.

Will, Thanks for your input. I reran the carve and was able to get a good carve (shown in Green) and recreate the bad carve (in Red). Deflection was the issue. Due to the material not being perfectly flat and not secured along the sides. Valuable lesson learned. Thanks again!
