Would anyone here be interested in a “ribbed relief gadget” for VCarve? I’ve completed a pretty extensive one that provides slats on multiple layers to accommodate the Shapey bed sizes. It also includes an option to upload depth maps to use for the contours, etc.
This is a pretty crappy explanation, but if there’s any interest, I’ll provide more comprehensive documentation on the gadget and its capabilities. And…if there’s real interest, I’ll submit it for inclusion in the Vectric Gadgets Library.
Oh, and, yeah, it provide the slat cuts to create that cool relief wall art you see in bigger installations like office lobbies, etc.
