Hey team, been a while!
I have finally (4 years later) gotten around to updating my vCarve -> CarbideMotion post processor. Supports tool change, PWM RPM, etc. Validated it with my S3 and Carbide Motion v521.

Shapeoko_CM_Inch_PWM.nc (5.0 KB) - Download and rename to .pp instead of .nc, then drop in your C:\ProgramData\Vectric*[product]*[version]\My_PostP directory.

Not sure, I worked on my changes back in 2017. Check out the change log in mine and diff in what you like to yours.
Looks pretty comparable minus the arcs.
What sender are you using? I notice you have it return to the v-carve “home” position before the toolchange call.
This one is specifically for Carbide Motion. Which honestly, I avoid like the plague 
I usually use GRBL-Panel.
