I was curious is there a vertical text method yet or just typing individual characters and stacking them one above the other and grouping those vectors together to create the desired outcome?
Setting the text in a tool which allows multiple lines and then converting to paths, saving as an SVG, and importing that is the usual approach.

You can also use the Linear Array feature.
Create your first character and then create the array for the number of letters in your word, or words.
Then just edit each letter to create your text, select all the letters and use the Alignment control to align them to center with the horizontal arrows, because not all letters are the same width.
