VFD Error 34 Zero current state

I have never had any VFD issues until last night during a drilling op I have run hundreds of times without issue.

It simply stopped spinning mid run, started missing steps on the z, and left the drill stuck in the part so I hit the power button and looked at the VFD to see that it had an error 34 Zero current state code.

I ejected the tool holder, reset the machine, rehomed, cleared the fault and ran a m3s6000 command with a new holder and the spindle spun up fine.

Does anyone know what would trigger such a fault? I couldn’t find anything online and don’t want to hurt anything so I’m not running another job until I figure out why it happened. Any help would be great.
