I have a 5pro 4x4 and recently had my compact router fail for the second time. I have a vfd spindle but didn’t install yet. I see the controller cable that is supposed to plug into my machine controller is female and the port on the controller is also female. That won’t work. Any ideas?
It should have come with a pigtail adapter cable that allows you to make the connection.

Thank you for posting! My husband and I were trying to figure out what to do. I also just removed my fully functional router to install this and now have to undo everything because I also didn’t get the pigtail connector! I am guessing I just need to email support?!
