Hi all,
Just got a Shapeoko 5Pro. Try to cut something today (first trial run) and the VFD spindle doesn’t run at all. Can’t even warm it up. Almost broke a second bit. I emailed support but they are already gone. A ticket is open, but anyone have a quick fix I can try.

All fixed! Thanks to Tyler and Brandon. Apparently, it works a lot better when the controller is on! Thanks guys

Lessons learned the hard way are not forgotten Bet you wont forget to turn it in ever again. Glad you are fixed up and running. Enjoy that new machine smell. Post your projects here on the forum and ask for help anytime you need it.
