What am I doing Wrong Pro XXl

Hey everyone its been a while since I ran my pro xxl but I am excited to play with it again.
I am having a problem when starting job the machine wants to plunge straight down.

I have bit setter bit runner and bit zero v1

Initialize Machine
connect and it goes through the homing cycle then comes to the front requests tool.
Bitsetter runs then I set zero using bit zero to corner stock (same as design)
when I click run it comes to the front and asks for tool 1 and again uses bitsetter and then hit continue.
The bit runner starts the router and it immediately starts going straight downright from the tool change position and I force stop it before any damage is done.

Checking zero it knows where it is at. I have updated Carbide Motion since its been awhile and reset up the machine.

Any ideas?

Please post the .c2d file, step-by-step notes on how you are securing your stock and setting zero relative to it and managing all tool changes, and photos showing the machine at the origin or a specific offset from it, and how the attempt at cutting turned out.

Goin back to build 582 fixed the problem for me.

Where can I find buid 582? I might try that. I updated the pp in vcarve pro I had for tool change and no I can at least get it to go to xy before it just plunges.
